- Exhibiting strong organizational capabilities.
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Managing time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Adhering to grooming standards and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Learning and applying the service protocols of Mohonk Mountain House.
- Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate varying business demands.
- Building and sustaining positive relationships with colleagues.
- Participating in training sessions and events to reinforce company policies.
- Engaging in physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Handling laundry duties, including sorting and operating equipment.
- Conducting thorough cleaning of designated areas according to established guidelines.
- Ensuring that all touchpoints are sanitized regularly.
- Responding effectively to guest and staff requests in a timely manner.
- Attending daily briefings to stay informed about operational updates.
- Performing both routine and deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Maintaining the hydrotherapy tub and other facilities as per safety protocols.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Demonstrating calmness and efficiency in emergency situations.
- Exhibiting integrity in handling lost items and valuables.
- Possessing excellent interpersonal skills to enhance guest interactions.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Driver's License and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of two years of driving experience.
