The On-Site Community Manager will be responsible for:

Previous experience in property management is essential, along with a commitment to excellence in a dynamic environment.
Unit Details:
1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom - Newly renovated with access to a community pool.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $22.
Work Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 8 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and achieve financial objectives while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Utilize marketing strategies to ensure full occupancy of the community.
- Effectively communicate and enforce lease agreements and community policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections to address safety and maintenance issues.
- Maintain the community's physical condition within budgetary constraints.
- Document and report maintenance requests as needed.
- Ensure timely processing of resident move-ins, move-outs, and other administrative tasks.
- Monitor resident conduct to ensure compliance with community rules.
- Address resident concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to rent collection and other financial matters.
- Participate in company training sessions and contribute to community improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with budget preparation and financial reporting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
