Neuro Critical ICU Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Critical Care team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current state RN license or a current multistate compact license
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (or obtained within 90 days after hire date)
- Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification (or obtained within 6 months after hire date)
- Current American Heart Association PALS Certification (or obtained within 6 months after hire date)
- NIHSS Certification obtained within 90 days after hire date
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date
