Job Details:
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours
- Shift: 10 hours, days
Shift Schedule:
Days, 7a-5p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri, with Wednesdays off.
Patient Focus:
Outpatients only, no stress or dobutamine testing, and no on-call duties.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a cardiac sonographer is required.
- AHA BLS certification.
- Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in cardiac ultrasound.
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) credentials.
- Completion of a 2-year Allied Health degree and a 12-month CAAHEP approved School of Ultrasound Technology or Cardiovascular Technology, or equivalent education.
- Previous healthcare experience such as CNA, EMT, PCA, or similar is preferred.
