Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Support Professional to join our team at University Health. This is a part-time position that will provide indirect patient care activities and perform clerical duties under the direct supervision of the provider or licensed nurse.

About the Role

This seasonal position will support and maintain University Health System's policies, protocols, values, and guest relations. As a Medical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • A Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited school or certification from an approved credentialing body for medical assistants required
  • National certification as a registered Medical Assistant preferred
  • One-year experience in a clinic, doctor's office, or ambulatory care setting preferred
