Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Learns production procedures that ensure conformance to engineering specifications.
  • Verifies processes related to quality and are understood and followed.
  • Develops knowledge and skills necessary to perform visual and dimensional inspection of molded and purchased parts.
  • Learns testing protocols that verify the functionality of a product or part, and the use of appropriate measuring and testing equipment.
  • Acquires knowledge of process audits that ensure adherence to work instructions.
  • Learns and performs dock audits that ensure adherence to shipping and packaging standards.
  • Records data into the databases that contain inspection records.
  • Maintains work area by cleaning, straightening, and sweeping as necessary.
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures and maintains a safe and clean work area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, basic mechanical and math aptitude, and basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet proficiency.
