Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will assist Operations Managers with administrative duties and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist drivers in the checkout process, verifying that all packages are out for delivery and reporting missing or not out for delivery packages.
  • Track package deliveries, process and document problem packages, research issues when needed, and update OnTrac's proprietary tracking system for customers, customer service teams, and other facilities.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their package status and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Research, analyze, and report on daily compliances to management and prepare business reports as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One year of related industry experience and/or training in transportation and delivery or an equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience required.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, self-manage, and work efficiently in stressful situations.
