Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents and guests warmly upon their entry to the dining area.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions meet our high-quality standards.
  • Assess and confirm residents' dietary requirements.
  • Assist residents in selecting their meals, taking orders, and providing information about menu options.
  • Serve beverages, food, and necessary dietary supplements while adhering to individual dietary restrictions.
  • Clear tables during and after meal service to maintain a tidy dining environment.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction with the meals provided.
  • Manage the delivery and collection of room service trays as required.
Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have experience in a dining setting, such as a restaurant or hotel, although training will be provided. Successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is essential for understanding and conveying menu details, addressing resident inquiries, and following safety protocols. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment is also necessary.
