The Corporate Audit Department works closely with the business to identify and mitigate key risks and challenges. In this position, you will lead an audit team and oversee audits by managing the team's daily operations, reviewing their outputs, providing constructive feedback, updating management on audit findings, conducting meetings with management, drafting audit reports, and ensuring timely resolution of management action items.
You will also perform individual audit tasks by analyzing data, identifying enhancements, documenting findings, offering insights to stakeholders, collaborating with the business on actionable measures, mentoring junior staff, improving audit processes, building relationships, staying informed about industry trends, participating in team recruitment and onboarding efforts, and being willing to travel up to 15-20% of the year.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA certification
- 5-6 years of experience, including supervisory experience
- Proficiency in U.S. GAAP
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Leadership qualities and ethical conduct
Additional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CFE, project management experience, industry-specific knowledge, fluency in multiple languages, familiarity with business continuity planning, and expertise in various technologies and audit software are advantageous.
The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $72,900 to $117,300, depending on location, experience, skills, and education. Other forms of compensation may be included in the total pay package. We offer competitive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits from day one.
