The Consultant will engage with both internal teams and client stakeholders to analyze, develop, and refine processes, ensuring effective change management throughout the implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage initiatives aimed at improving processes within assigned projects.
  • Serve as the primary resource for project teams, facilitating process mapping, UML modeling, and flow design to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and deliver documentation and artifacts related to system and process enhancements, including process maps and standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee the execution of recommended improvements, coordinating with clients and fellow consultants to ensure comprehensive implementation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on business process fundamentals, UML modeling, and Lean methodologies.
  • Continuously develop expertise in process improvement to support client objectives.
  • Conduct data analysis and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in presentation software, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Proven ability in analytical problem-solving.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and KPI/dashboard development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ITIL and SDLC processes.
  • Experience with process improvement tools and techniques.
  • Background in Lean methodologies or process re-engineering.
  • Knowledge of industries such as utilities, construction, or healthcare.
  • Experience with process modeling software.

Travel Requirements:

  • Remote work options available, with occasional travel to client sites.
