Job Overview

All Star Premium Sportswear is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Store Manager to oversee our retail operations.

A Store Manager is responsible for facilitating and supervising daily store operations to ensure that employees work together effectively to drive sales and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise, train, and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance, and product promotions.
    • Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on sales cycles.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, and implement purchasing plans to meet sales goals.
    • Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
    • Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage all controllable costs to maintain profitability.
  • Recruitment and Training
    • Hire and train employees as needed to ensure adequate personnel to provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of demonstrated consistent retail sales/customer service experience (fashion/apparel retail experience preferred)
  • Experience in a Store Manager or Team Supervisor role
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work with teams
  • Open availability (including weekends and holidays)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills towards customers, staff members, and company leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to lift heavy merchandise, walk, and stand for long hours
