We are seeking a results-driven Regional Field Manager to join our team at Alacrity Solutions. As the business leader in an assigned territory, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, and property owners while managing case loads of claims exceeding $50K.

  • Maintaining Territorial Network Relationships

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Property insurance/property claims adjusting experience is preferred, along with residential and/or commercial construction experience. You should be willing to travel approximately 40% of the time, have reliable transportation, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience and assigned territory. Additional benefits include a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and an employee assistance program. You will also receive paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401K plan options.
