Medical Assistant - Physician Practices

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to assist providers with efficient patient flow while maintaining high standards of care. The ideal candidate will have entry-level knowledge, basic employment skills, and a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist providers with patient care responsibilities, including measuring and recording vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering injections.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, maintaining physician schedules, and ordering supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level knowledge and basic employment skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant.
  • American Heart Association CPR Card.
