Key Responsibilities

The LVN will be responsible for:

  • Conducting patient assessments and planning care under the supervision of a physician.
  • Administering medications and managing patient care effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of medication and inventory.
  • Performing necessary lab tests and obtaining samples as required.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of an accredited LVN program.

Licensure: Must hold a valid and active LVN license in the State of Texas.

Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in medication administration and patient assessment.
  • Ability to maintain clear and respectful communication with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing patient records and inventory.
Additional Requirements
  • Must pass a criminal background check and registry clearances.
  • Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
Work Schedule

This position requires early morning shifts, with hours typically from Monday to Friday and limited weekend hours.
