Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the smooth operation of our CPM system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns related to CPM operations.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant business experience.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze independently and through a series of potential solutions.
  • Project Management: Great project management skills, including demonstrated ability to deliver projects on deadline that meets organizational needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with forecasts/planning for a multi-divisional company and strong MS Office Suite skills, especially Excel.
