Job Summary

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of behavioral analysis and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to caregivers
  • Provide training and supervision to team members, including Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA supervisees
  • Maintain accurate and complete data collection and treatment records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and good driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
