At Hope Services, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at the Hope Autism Clinic. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other licensed therapists to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with ASD.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with children with ASD to teach new skills and behaviors using the principles of ABA.
  • Effectively communicate with families and guardians about their child's progress and goals.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
  • Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
  • Model professional appearance and attitudes at all times.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Successful background clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
