Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold the professional image of Altitude Trampoline Park, aligning with our core values.
  • Effectively communicate and enforce park policies and safety regulations with a friendly demeanor.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings to stay informed and engaged.
  • Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling jump sessions.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transaction processing and waiver verification.
  • Greet and acknowledge every guest entering and exiting the facility.
  • Provide comprehensive information about park features, birthday packages, services, and operational hours.
  • Utilize park computer systems proficiently to enhance guest experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Promote park offerings, including birthday packages, sessions, and available discounts.
  • Ensure a positive guest experience by adhering to our SMILES philosophy.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all guest requests, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remain at designated posts for extended periods.
  • Report any incidents or staff-related matters to management promptly.
  • Follow established safety protocols and incident reporting procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic in line with the Altitude philosophy.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
