Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Porter/Driver to join our team at Caliber Collision. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles, tools, and equipment to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with field teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Test drive vehicles after repair and/or ADAS calibrations to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Transport vehicles, tools, and customers as needed during the repair process, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform vehicle clean-up tasks as required.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by field leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Willingness to travel for continuing education and certification training, as well as extensive travel within assigned areas.
- Ability to work in a shop environment in inclement weather and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
