Position Summary:
Xanitos is seeking dedicated Hospital Floor Technicians to join our team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various locations within a healthcare campus. Responsibilities may vary based on client needs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor assigned areas for cleanliness, ensuring the removal of debris and spills.
- Thoroughly clean corners, edges, and baseboards in designated areas.
- Dust mop hard floor surfaces, moving objects as necessary.
- Eliminate marks and scuffs from floors.
- Damp mop floors using appropriate cleaning solutions or equipment.
Project Work:
- Utilize floor care machines for designated project tasks.
- Perform floor burnishing as directed.
- Scrub and strip floors as required.
- May assist with additional cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Previous experience in janitorial services is advantageous, particularly in medical settings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of medical, background screening, and drug testing is mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include regular standing, walking, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:
