Orthodontic Area Director

Overview:
Benevis, a leading provider of dental care, is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Area Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our orthodontic teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dental care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage orthodontic teams to achieve revenue, billing, and customer service targets.
- Ensure the orthodontic team delivers quality and compassionate dental care to every patient.
- Collaborate with office leadership to ensure effective management of orthodontic programs, staff training, and customer service standards.
- Achieve financial performance targets, including revenue and billing first-time approval rates.
- Drive orthodontic team effectiveness while managing operational budgets.
- Build and lead a high-performing team that embodies our company culture and values.
- Enhance communication systems within the region to ensure effective communication up, down, and across the organization.
- Responsible for employee satisfaction and retention through practices that promote communication, rewards/recognition, teamwork, and administration of effective employee relations practices.
- Maintain awareness of market conditions in the region and recommend changes to deflect competitive pressures or seize opportunities to capture greater market share.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of dental management experience overseeing 15+ employees.
- Multi-unit management experience a definite plus.
- Integrity, team building skills, organizational and staff development skills.
- Track record of superior performance in growing both the top and bottom line.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to process tremendous quantities of data in an organized, focused fashion.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
- High degree of initiative, accountability, and independent judgment.
- Computer skills.
