Salary and Benefits
- We offer a competitive salary range of $215,000 to $275,000 per year, based on experience and location, with quarterly bonuses for meeting quality metrics.
- Paid time off: 6 weeks inclusive of vacation, sick leave, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME).
- Tuition reimbursement and a $5,000 CME stipend.
- We provide health, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) investment plan with up to 4% company match.
- Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.
Job Requirements
- National certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- An active, non-probationary state physician license.
- At least one year of direct primary care experience as a physician.
- An active DEA license.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional primary care services.
- Conduct office visits and home visits as needed.
- Administer annual wellness visits and health risk assessments.
- Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies.
- Population health leadership.
- Educate patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments.
