Responsibilities:
As a Collision Repair Specialist, your duties will include:
- Restoring vehicle structural integrity in line with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborating with the body shop manager and parts department throughout the repair process.
- Working with various materials and handling basic electrical, glass, and mechanical installations.
- Maintaining communication with all collision center and dealership staff throughout the day.
- Executing repair procedures and protocols promptly based on estimated time frames.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Demonstrating flexibility in work hours during peak periods.
Qualifications:
Skills, Experience, and Educational Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an auto body technician is required.
- Ability to make independent decisions regarding repair processes, parts, and timelines.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools necessary for safe and effective job performance.
- Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and work collaboratively with others.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
