Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our swimmers and providing a fun and engaging experience for them.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise swimmers during lessons and ensure their safety at all times
  • Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our swimmers
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in water safety
Requirements
  • Ability to work with children and provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High energy and a passion for working with kids
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must pass background checks and provide references
