We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Andersen Corporation. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in supporting the hiring process for our various divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities throughout the hiring process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Prepare, finalize, and distribute offer letters through DocuSign, and collect all necessary paperwork.
  • Process new hire information, ensuring forms are complete and accurate, and enter new hires into our HR system.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions, pre-employment checks, and managing our applicant tracking system.
  • Manage and administer our employee referral program and new hire signing bonuses.
  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants and hiring managers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a HR/recruiting function or in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and systemize own work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
