Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and facilities to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Perform emergency repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall facility operations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as boiler function and operation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
