The Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. As a Golf Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the golf cart fleet.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet every guest enthusiastically and provide a warm welcome to the resort.
  • Perform a variety of duties around the bag room, including club cleaning and transferring clubs to various locations.
  • Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in the coordination of outside services for golf tournaments, including setup and teardown.
  • Ensure consistent presentation according to Omni Hotels standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with the protection of all assets, including security of guest's golf clubs and rental clubs.
  • Responsible for providing continuous detailing and maintenance to the golf course equipment and facility, including golf carts, workstations, practice ranges, and trash receptacles.
  • Fuel and clean the golf cart fleet to ensure optimal performance.
  • Organize the cart barn to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Pro Shop drive and entrance.
  • Represent the resort in a professional manner, embodying the Omni Hotels & Resorts values.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with playing golf and a working knowledge of the game.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to safely operate golf carts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
