- Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
- User Experience and Design: Work closely with the design team to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences. Advocate for the importance of user experience and usability in product development.
- Metrics and Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product launches. Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements. Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders, including executives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Prior experience launching new products, Cloud-based and/or SaaS products and/or data analytics and business intelligence experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
