We are seeking a highly skilled AI expert to join our team as an Instructor in machine learning and AI methods. As an AI expert, you will lead AI-related projects, mentor junior postdocs and PhD students, help peers to solve problems, debug their code, write and edit papers, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on driver genes identification using machine learning methods, testing, validating, and putting together as software.
  • Identifying genotype-phenotype relationships using multi-omics data and statistical methods.
  • Investigating protein-protein interactions and identifying epistasis effects of mutations or genes and in-depth analysis of genome sequence data using graph methods.
  • Learning and expanding the current state-of-the-art biological tools.
  • Collaborating with colleagues with similar or different backgrounds to share knowledge and brainstorm.
  • Writing manuscripts and publishing in top-tier journals.
  • Participating in grant writing and progress reports.
  • P Presenting the project whenever needed.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. degree required.
