JOB SUMMARY

In this position, you will oversee the coordination of daily tasks according to specified guidelines, ensuring precise fulfillment of customer requests, maintaining accurate inventory logs, and utilizing various material handling tools. You will also provide support to fellow team members as required.

JOB DETAILS

Daily Responsibilities

  • Arrange daily assignments based on directives from management.

Receiving, Sorting, and Staging

  • Accurately unload and categorize incoming deliveries.
  • Move items using forklifts to assigned areas.

Replenishment Duties

  • Recognize items needing restocking and transport them to storage zones.

Picking, Packing, and Shipping

  • Efficiently select and package inventory.
  • Confirm order accuracy and update inventory logs accordingly.

Storage Management

  • Systematically organize and store products in designated locations.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

  • Ensure a tidy work environment and maintain organization within the distribution center.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong numerical and mathematical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Capability to operate material handling machinery.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Lean methodologies is beneficial.
