JOB SUMMARY

In this position, you will oversee the organization of work schedules in accordance with directives, accurately fulfill customer orders, maintain inventory records, and operate various material handling equipment. You will also provide support to fellow team members as required.

JOB DETAILS

Daily Responsibilities

  • Structure daily tasks based on guidance from supervisors.

Receiving, Sorting, and Staging

  • Accurately unload and categorize incoming shipments.
  • Utilize forklifts to transport items to designated areas.

Replenishment Duties

  • Identify items for restocking and relocate them to storage zones.

Picking, Packing, and Shipping

  • Efficiently pick and pack inventory.
  • Ensure order accuracy and update inventory records accordingly.

Storage Management

  • Systematically organize and store products.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Uphold a tidy work environment and organize the distribution center.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficient counting and mathematical skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capability to operate material handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Lean principles is advantageous.
