We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at LHC Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct treatment to patients, including therapy sessions and home exercise programs.
- Supervise and train Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and therapy technicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure in Occupational Therapy in the state of practice.
- CPR certification and other required certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
