Job Description:
As an LPN or RN with Interim HealthCare Staffing, you will have the opportunity to care for patients with diverse medical needs in various settings, such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools. You will collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities may include taking patient vitals, conducting assessments, documenting progress, reporting changes to your RN supervisor, assisting in carrying out physician orders, administering medication, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a valid LPN or RN license in the State of Michigan. CPR certification is also mandatory. Additionally, you should demonstrate clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, effective communication, and compassion.
