Compensation:

Salary Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Your Role:

As a Patient Care Assistant, you will prioritize resident satisfaction and ensure that our residents and their families receive exceptional care. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will provide essential nursing services that cater to the personal needs and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
  • Support residents with mobility and transfers.
  • Collaborate with licensed nurses in executing treatments and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all resident care information.
  • Foster a culture of safety to promote a healthy living and working environment.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program.
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
  • Direct care experience with multiple residents.
  • Background in behavioral care or memory support.
