Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient flow and schedule appointments with referring physicians' offices, patients, and patients' family members.
- Monitor patient flow and assist technologists as needed.
- Organize compliance documentation and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Assist with MammoSave texts, troubleshoot patient portal issues, and deliver patients to appropriate modalities when needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of employed information systems and demonstrate enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience, with previous imaging experience a plus.
