Job Description

">Responsibilities:
  1. Provide direct and indirect patient care duties under the direction of the Director and/or Nurse Manager.
  2. Perform activities of daily living and personal care needs under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
  3. Document care provided and reports to the RN observations of patient's physical, social and mental status and basic patient data collected.
  4. Maintain the patient care areas to ensure cleanliness, safety and supplies of material and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">Education:
  • High school or equivalent (GED) preferred.
Certification, Registration & Licensure:
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification, or equivalent course credentialed by American Heart Association.
  • Current New Hampshire State LNA license.
