Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and management of hematology and oncology-related conditions.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality, cost-effective, values-based patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Qualifications

  • Required Education and Experience: Graduate from an accredited medical program recognized as license eligible for the Oregon State Medical Board.
  • Required Licensure and Certifications: Current Oregon State Licensure, Current AHA BLS Certification, Certifications as required by Medical Staff Credentialing/Bylaws.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of clinic/hospital practices, use of equipment, and diagnosing; skill in communicating with patients and their families or caregivers; ability to write and/or dictate reports and correspondences.
