Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical home care and assistance as per the Client's Individual Service Plan.
  • Tasks may include cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry services.
  • Assist with meal preparation according to client preferences.
  • Offer standby assistance and ensure safety supervision.
  • Engage clients in companionship activities such as walks and social outings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered.
  • Work primarily in the client's residence, with occasional duties in facilities.
  • Work schedules will vary based on client requirements.
  • Continuous training provided with potential for career growth.
