About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Lead Developer to join our team at Jacobs, supporting a program in a dynamic and challenging environment. This program will enable the Government to obtain subject matter expertise and highly technical assistance in building and maintaining prototype and niche analytics and tools.

The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the development of full stack applications in a common cryptologic environment, working collaboratively with a team of 4-5 people to build portions of the product, and ensuring that the requirements of end-user analysts are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full stack development in the common cryptologic environment.
  • Work with end-user analysts to ensure that the developed software meets their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to build portions of the product.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to users as needed.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Strong Java skills, with experience in developing software in Red Hat Linux.
  • Experience in full stack development, web frameworks, JavaScript, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS) or related field, plus 11 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, or High School diploma/GED plus 15 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MongoDB.
  • ReactOS.
  • Microservices architectures.
  • Data science/Machine Learning architectures.
