Key Responsibilities:

Investment Portfolio Oversight:

  • Administer the management of Bank investment and BOLI portfolios.
  • Collaborate with asset/liability management to enhance financial performance.
  • Propose and execute investment strategies.

Asset Valuation:

  • Lead the pricing of loans and assets, including the development and maintenance of pricing models.
  • Serve as the primary Treasury liaison for the customer swap initiative.

Strategic Capital Planning:

  • Implement capital initiatives in accordance with the Bank's Capital Plan.
  • Assess strategies related to dividends, stock buybacks, and other capital-related activities.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Support the Treasury team and engage in cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Promote continuous improvement and efficiency across processes.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years in investment management or a related financial management role.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Compensation: $95,000-$129,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience. Higher compensation may be considered based on qualifications.
