Position Overview
The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) plays a crucial role in helping clients build and maintain meaningful connections that foster lifelong success. The CSM will oversee clinical staff and serve as the primary liaison for referral agencies. In addition, the CSM may take on client cases and provide essential services such as:
  • Offering clinical support to individuals and families to help them navigate challenges
  • Identifying client strengths and developing supportive networks
  • Providing education and guidance on establishing structure, routines, effective parenting techniques, and positive communication skills

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of two years of experience in human services or a related field, particularly with children and families
  • Active NH Licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.) is required; license-eligible candidates may be considered if licensure is obtained within three months of employment
  • Valid driver's license and insured transportation; background and driving record checks are mandatory prior to employment
