Job Title: Director, Finance

Cg Oncology, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Manage financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and other reports.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the annual audit process, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Experience managing financial audits, tax compliance, and treasury functions.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
