Job Summary

CORNERSTONE SCHOOLS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for teaching fundamental skills to our students and promoting a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve student-athletes' skills and knowledge.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to student-athletes during practices and games.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and students to keep them informed about program schedules and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations, including those set by the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA).
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent, with a certified plan towards a Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least three years of experience in high school and/or college sports coaching.
  • Knowledge of athletic procedures and the ability to enforce rules and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
