About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Always Home Nursing Services, Inc. as a Home Health Nurse. This is a full-time position working Sunday to Wednesday, 10-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the home setting, utilizing the nursing process to monitor, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform nursing care, which may include enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care, and respiratory treatments, while monitoring for any change in patient condition.
  • Document all care provided in a thorough and accurate manner.
  • Work within the scope of practice to meet the direct patient care needs of our pediatric and young adult patients.
Requirements
  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Current BLS card
  • One year of prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
