Responsibilities:

* Provide mental health services to residents, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
* Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address the mental health needs of residents.
* Collaborate with other social service agencies to ensure quality of services for residents.
* Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) to promote safe family reunification, preparation for return to the county of origin, or transition to an alternative living arrangement.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in a related field and unrestricted LPC or LPC-Associate, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT licensure in the State of Texas.
* One to three years of experience in counseling, social services, or criminal justice, preferably with youth.
* Experience in working with clients with trauma, behavioral disorders, or substance abuse and case management.
* Any equivalent combination of education, experience, or training may be substituted on a year for year basis.
