As a holistic insurance provider, At-Bay offers a variety of specialized insurance lines, including Cyber, Tech Errors & Omissions, and Miscellaneous Professional Liability policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand At-Bay's essential broker network and Gross Written Premium (GWP), ensuring that brokers receive unparalleled service consistently.
- Negotiate pricing, coverage, and terms for insurance policies while actively seeking opportunities for account rounding.
- Assess and evaluate risks in accordance with At-Bay's guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation and servicing of both existing renewals and new business portfolios.
- Collaborate with teams in cyber analytics, product development, marketing, and other departments to guarantee brokers receive the best offerings from At-Bay.
- Partner with technology and data teams to develop tools that enhance the underwriting workflow.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Demonstrated experience as an underwriter or account executive in cyber liability, Tech, Media E&O, Miscellaneous E&O, or other specialty commercial insurance lines.
- Strong understanding of specialty commercial underwriting and the principles and practices of the insurance industry.
- Technologically inclined, with the ability to utilize advanced analytics software effectively.
- Technical background is advantageous; familiarity with DNS, IP addresses, ports, databases, WHOIS records, and other networking concepts is a plus.
- A collaborative team player who enhances the performance of colleagues and maintains a humble approach.
- Results-oriented individual who derives satisfaction from completing tasks and pays meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic technological environment.
- Possesses a clear and concise communication style.

Our estimated base pay range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 per year. Base salary is determined by various factors including market data, location, internal equity, domain knowledge, experience, and skills.
