CDL Shuttle Driver
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6am-9am and 3pm-6pm
Requirements:

About Propark Mobility:
We are actively seeking Shuttle Drivers for both full-time and part-time roles to commence work immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate shuttle buses to transport clients safely to and from designated locations.
- Welcome passengers and assist with their luggage as needed.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the shuttle bus while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Monitor vehicle condition and document any malfunctions or damages appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and fellow drivers using a two-way radio system to manage routes, announce arrivals and delays, and address any customer or vehicle issues.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle buses to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Stay alert to traffic and weather conditions, notifying dispatch or supervisors of any potential issues.
- Report any accidents or safety concerns to dispatch or supervisors.
- Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service to all customers.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Energetic and outgoing personality, capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively resolve customer issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Minimum of 1 year driving experience with a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role require the employee to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, and communicate verbally.
Employees may occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions and may encounter fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this environment can range from minimal to moderate.
