We're seeking a skilled Field Specialist to join our Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, this role will involve performing hardware-focused, break-fix services and solutions on various client products. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment, making decisions based on established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing customer support for designated equipment
• Effective communication in written and verbal form
• Excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivering service calls assigned
• Completing administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for asset control and return
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Requirements:

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive to client locations
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
• Must own a basic repair tool kit

What We Offer:
