The Estimated Annual Salary for this position is $62,000-$65,000, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our team in Rochester, MN. As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for implementing effective employee programs that promote a positive and welcoming work environment for new hires and existing employees.
Your primary objective will be to support the successful acclimation of employees to company culture, work environment, and job satisfaction. You will monitor new hire program effectiveness, drive operational compliance, and ensure employee recognition programs are maximized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to meet business-line and corporate program standards.
- Assist with pre-hire, new hire, onboarding, training, and retention programs to support employee knowledge, enthusiasm, and engagement.
- Serve as an ambassador to employees, providing information, direction, coaching, and documentation as needed.
- Oversee corporate employee engagement programs, including employee rounding, stay conversations, surveys, and focus groups.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Learning and Development, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 2-4 years' experience in HR generalist or employee engagement roles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to analyze data and present insights to drive business decisions.
