Cannabis Product Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team at STIIIZY. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Provide expert knowledge of our cannabis products and advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer relationships.
• Work as a team player to contribute to a positive working environment and promote a culture of excellence.
• Meet sales goals and business metrics by driving customer visit goals and increasing the number of returning customers.
• Fulfill pick up orders and seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily.
• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability.
• Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of retail/hospitality experience preferred.

• Partnered with United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW) who partners with cannabis workers, patients, consumers, community allies, elected officials, and business owners to help lead the development and stabilization of the emerging cannabis industry.
